I lay in the place between sleep and waking as the dawn comes through the window.  The pain all up and down my spine that had been so excruciating swelled and this moment was no exception. The top of my skull, swollen, my spine trying to come into alignment; my neck unable to bear the weight of my head and shoulders; the knot in my back that is constricting my heart, would not let go despite my many hours of dancing, prayer, meditations and all manner of foods and nutrients – it that held on and would not leave; I could only drop the resistance and allow because there is no place anymore to go.

When at this moment, at last I began to allow myself to be in this body, without fear of what might occur. At last I, my own teacher, I my being beyond and part from this world, I allowed to be to open in this human body.  At last, I, who am beyond this world in a form unrecognizable; unacceptable, unworthy of more than simply fear, can now be expressed my soul assuming the human form in this very body, now.

Not a grey for we are unable to see or know as you do, we have only arms to hold you, but a soft pink and lovely expression from our heart speaking to you here, now:Two souls in one body: or one soul now released to be in this human form.

It is a death of the confines that hold me from full expression of this time now; it is birth of a new essence which for you  can only be expressed in humanity as the organic body which you see.

The fear and resistance that had been held in place for so long dissipated as I come to be once again.

I am reborn now in this human form. I am opening now to being alive. I am taking into with each breath and allowing the movement to express herself throughout each cell and sinew and muscle and through my heart and lungs and blood. At last I am free to assume the human form and stand once again as who I am in the earthly plane. Only this time, I am meeting more of you and we are taking hands, and rising with a voice that will resonate with Love.

I am Elven, a child of the New Earth. The rapture that has taken me beyond the limitations of the single form expression .

Now I can begin to speak to you. Now I can begin to tell you in word, in movement in soul expression the Love that flows to you from above, beyond, and within; we are here now

For you who are feeling this same motion; you who are captured in the wind; you who are listening and watching and waiting. You who are Elven or by any name you so choose; now we stand tall again on this planet and speak. These are my words; this is my song as we enter the human form and expression for the only purpose of feeling pure joy of being here on this Earth at this time; for the one purpose of being Love from which we are made and of which we are embraced; assuming your form for the sole purpose and ecstasy of living, I speak words to inspire you Children of the New Earth, to come home; the home with it within and without, and beyond; let these words fall upon you as light and fulfill you as you find your way back home.

Here I can see the light of a Golden embrace shining upon me; Love pure and without manifestation. When I open my eyes everything is now, this moment, this passion; this feeling of being human and being in this place between sleep and awake; this lavish, bountiful, munificent consciousness.

In a balance of human and light, am I, as I stand in admiration with grace and wonder. I balance tenuously, like a spider in her web, like a dancer on her toes, like a wave that catches the sunlight, in just this one infinitesimal moment of now; that space which is both infinite and yet does not exist; this One.

When I open my eyes there is the most exalted Love in everything; it is the manifestation of this Love in the Earth: the sky who cherishes me with her angelic clouds, the trees that hold me in their arms above and below, the mountain’s, reach, the glide of the hawk, the dance of the hummingbird, the starlight that nourishes each one and everyone on this earth, and in the tender, knowing eyes of the one I love.

It is Scota, the Elven goddess who is teaching the ability to change all that is negative into Love who is with me, guiding me to find this way. I honor her, I let her be me and teach me to work this magic.

Yes, it seems this moment has begun. It can be understood by us in its true meaning: The golden rapture, filling the vessel of the soul with absolute delight. It is breathtaking.

Let us allow it within and allow the outpouring to fall and flow into rivers and streams across our planet.

In the Yoga Aphorisms meditation is discovered and presented as the means to realizing the light within, the Self within. By meditation we chiefly mean yoga, and it is the heart of yoga, also yoga is more than meditation; it has an ethical and moral background as well. The first steps in this system focus on the development of character. A moral and ethical foundation needs to be established before one is fit for the practice of meditation and concentration. But essentially for our purposes here, meditation is yoga as chief thrust and practice item which the cells is realized.

One of the all-time great achievements was by Pantanjali when he discovered that what ever served to advance meditation was good and what ever it did not advance meditation was evil. A way of life that advances meditation and the meditative state is good, it is an absolute right. And anything that does not advance it, that tends to hobble it–a way of life, or attitude, or activity, or value, or book or whatever–is evil this is the yardstick: what ever makes the mind calm, that’s good. What ever makes the mind restless, that’s evil. Pantanjali saw clearly that in order to realize that Diety, the Truth within, you have to do it through meditation. You can’t do it any other way. Prayer and good works are helpful, so they haven’t brought us too far–mainly because we haven’t learned how to do them in the right spirit. They are appendages to spiritual life and we have to go through them, but they lack a central yardstick, a central principle to which everything is related. That is meditation, and naturally, that means the mind. The mind is going to be effected by meditation.

You can realize the truth only through meditation. We have to learn to meditate. There are certain ways to meditate that are right, and search in ways that are not bright we have to find out the right way. Making the mind uplink is not a good way. We may have read that in a book: make the mind a blank. Before we listen to anyone in such an important area, we should find out their credentials. Or someone else may say, well, meditation is just relaxation. These relaxation therapies have value. They enable us to cope better in the stressful world we live in. Anything that can contribute to our peace of mind is of value, but they don’t lead us to the truth.

We have to learn the right ways to meditate. Having done that, we find that certain conditions, including a certain state of mind, are necessary to meditate well. Other states of mind are inimical to meditation. Therefore what will help the mind to be calm and collected is what we want. Pantanjali sees this in a flash. Of course this was known in Upanishads. Columnists, tranquility, serenity–those words occur all through the Upanishads; they are self evident to the stages. But Pantanjali says that it’s not self evident, that it needs to be spelled out or those who are not stages, but who want to become stages through the ladder of ethical development. So that is what he did.

We see that we have to be calm to meditate. We can’t meditate when we are restless. When we are restless, instead of meditating we should pray, or repeat a mantra, take a walk, take a cold shower, do hatha yoga exercises or other things, as meditation at this time will make things worse. Unless we are calm, meditation will only intensify the cause of the restlessness. So we don’t meditate when more restless, only when work home therefore whatever makes us call home or keeps this column is good: our mind will be in this state to meditate and through meditation or mind will get closer to truth. Therefore calm this is indispensable on the way to truth. Whatever gives us a feeling of peace and calm is an absolute good. It’s part of the universal morality, the subjective fact we all discover.
